Steve Willis has over two decades of management experience and is a proven leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing and franchise development. He joined the milliCare team in 2017 as Managing Director, responsible for leading all aspects of growth and performance within the global milliCare franchise network. Steve is personally overseeing the ongoing recruitment to grow the milliCare network, overarching strategy for the business and leadership of the corporate team. Steve holds a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation and is both an approved BOMI continuing education provider for property and facility managers and an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner.

Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Steve enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and family.

Chris Cusick serves as a Franchise Business Consultant for the Northeastern and Southeastern United States, as well as Director of Business Development for strategic national accounts across the entire milliCare franchise network. As a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, Chris joined Milliken & Company in 1993 and has since served various roles within the company. Beginning as a Customer Relations Manager at the company’s global headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina, he eventually pursued sales and sales management positions within Milliken's synthetic fabrics division and Milliken’s floor covering hospitality business, where he led sales in the Southeast region.

Chris enjoys spending time with his active family, which currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. An involved community member, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and is a mentor for recently diagnosed Type 1 diabetic children and their families.

As director of franchise development, Bill Helton is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within the franchise network and is the primary point of contact with franchise candidates throughout their recruitment, implementation and development process. Holding degrees in both business and accounting, Bill is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) with a comprehensive history of outstanding performance in team development, marketing and business building. He is a seasoned professional with a successful history of over 20 years of management and franchise development experience. Bill is dedicated to helping the milliCare network continue in its success.

Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Bill attends college sporting games whenever possible and roots for the University of Kentucky. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling, and he frequently plays tennis, pickleball, disc golf and basketball with his two sons.

Katherine King is responsible for spreading the milliCare story through the creation and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns. Having worked with prior franchise brands, including Pure Barre and Denny’s, Katherine is uniquely qualified to position the corporate brand as a leader in facility care and support franchisee marketing efforts. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina – Columbia, resides in the Greenville, SC, area and enjoys time at Lake Keowee with her family and friends whenever possible.

Doug graduated from then Memphis State University (now U of M) with a dual major - Engineering Technology and Secondary Education. He has followed his passion for service, education and technology throughout his successful career.

A milliCare Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) since 2007, Doug supports franchises in 28 markets across the Eastern U.S. In addition to his FBC role, Doug also oversees the curriculum and programing for milliCare University and the ongoing development of milliCare's eLearning platform.

Doug is an avid reader of fiction as well as early U.S. history and is a fairly accomplished cook. He is the proud father of a son, two daughters and recently welcomed his first grandchild. Doug currently resides in Germantown, Tennessee.

Becky Lewis is responsible for handling all signed franchise agreements and assisting with the onboarding of all new franchisees into the milliCare network. Becky brings over 20 years of leadership experience in various industries, including cleaning and restoration, to the milliCare team. Her attention to detail and customer focus drive her passion for developing key processes in her role as franchise development coordinator. Residing in the Dallas, Texas, area Becky enjoys exercising, hiking, the sunshine and being outdoors.

Stephen Lewis' service to milliCare dates back to April 1988. As Technical Director, Stephen manages all equipment, methods, and products used to provide our services. His role includes leading the network's technical education and training, while coordinating the third-party certifications of milliCare products and methods. Stephen also serves as a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to four international milliCare franchises. Currently, Stephen is an active member of the Carpet & Rug Institute (CRI) and is certified by the Floor Covering Institute of Technical Services as a Senior Carpet Inspector. Through IICRC: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, Stephen is a Master Textile Cleaner and an Approved Instructor. He is also a Facility Management Journal award recipient for excellence in writing and a Green Cleaning Professional. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Corey May supports more than twenty-five milliCare franchise locations, including the Central and Southwest United States, several markets in California and international markets. Corey is also responsible overseeing milliCare’s National Accounts program. Prior to joining Milliken in 2002, Corey was the National Product and Brand Manager for New Home Finder, based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He also served as a Regional Sales Manager in the same company, for The Real Estate Book, a similar publication. He was an independent publisher of The Real Estate Book during previous years. When Corey isn't in the office, he enjoys competing in endurance sports and traveling. Corey lives and works from Austin, Texas and is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising.

Lisa Myers, Business Support for milliCare, works with all facets of the milliCare network to facilitate all operational needs with a high commitment to customer service and efficiency. Prior to joining millicare, Lisa held leadership positions in the customer service industry for more than 10 years. She is well-versed in event coordination, business administration, training and technical troubleshooting. Lisa was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina where she also graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and an Associate’s Degree from Spartanburg Community College. Most of all, Lisa loves spending time with her family, camping, hiking and being outdoors.

Malcolm oversees the acquisition of large national and regional account business in milliCare’s Hard Surface segment. Additionally, he assists with in-field training of the milliCare network as related to performance coating and tile and grout offerings. Prior to joining milliCare, Malcolm served as president at Level Midwest, a commercial floor and specialty contracting provider. He also spent 16 years with MTS Contracting, 11 of which as a top-performing project manager. Malcolm is a leader in the development of lucrative teams and business strategy.

Darrell Stevenson serves as milliCare’s Technical Services Manager. Darrell spent 17 years in client-facing roles in the construction industry, during which he was frequently responsible for product and procedure training. After transitioning into the Performance Coatings space, he completed a program designed to train new installers and has been instrumental in the roll out of this new service offering.
When not conducting training seminars, or consulting with the Network’s franchisees, Darrell enjoys spending time with his adult children, playing cards and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs.
